Tuning: Basic tune, check and tighten pinblock bolts (and rim bolts in grands), check and adjust the pedals, check and tighten the bench bolts, and inspect the piano for repairs and adjustments that might be recomended.
Repairing: Felt and leather parts, wooden actions, pedals etc.
Regulating and Cleaning: Dirt and grit prematurely wear out your piano. A well regulated piano is more even and responsive to play.
Voicing: Also called "tone regulating". Involves many aspects, including adjusting the piano's hammers to achieve a full, smooth and pleasing tone.
